2008 IOGA Employee Benefits Program

The Independent Oil and Gas Association of West Virginia, Inc. (IOGA), offers what is considered the premier association health insurance program in West Virginia. The IOGA program is presented through a successful partnership with Mountain State Blue Cross Blue Shield (MSBCBS) and Wells Fargo Insurance Services of West Virginia, Inc. and has become the largest fully insured policyholder of MSBCBS.

The stability of the plan allows our members to focus more on their business, since all services are provided by IOGA, Wells Fargo Insurance Services and MSBCBS.

Plan features offer availability to groups of one or more; competitive rates; reduced employer risk exposure, multiple plan options; tiered rates; and outstanding customer service.

All new groups applying for coverage are initially medically underwritten and therefore can be declined for acceptance into the plan by MSBCBS.

The IOGA insurance plan also provides a dental program through United Concordia, a subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Pennsylvania, and life insurance and shortterm disability coverages through Fort Dearborn Life Insurance Company.
