Insurance Program

IOGAWV EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PROGRAM

The Independent Oil and Gas Association of West Virginia, Inc. offers what is considered the premier association health insurance program in West Virginia. The IOGAWV program is presented through a successful partnership with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield West Virginia (HMBSBC) and Wells Fargo Insurance Services and has become the largest fully insured policy holder of HMBCBS.

The stability of the plan allows our members to focus more on their business, since all services are provided by IOGAWV, Wells Fargo Insurance Services and HMBCBS.

Plan features offer availability to groups of two or more; competitive rates; reduced employer risk exposure; multiple plan options; tiered rates; and outstanding customer service.

IOGAWV membership is one of the qualifications for the insurance program. For more information about this program, contact Lori Miller of IOGAWV at lmiller@iogawv.com or 304-344-9867 or Pete Thackston of Wells Fargo Insurance Services at 800-322-2381.

The IOGAWV insurance plan also provides a dental program through United Concordia, a subsidiary of Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Pennsylvania, and life insurance through Fort Dearborn Life Insurance Company
