ADVERTISING IN THE IOGA NEWS

Advertising is available to members and nonmembers of Independent Oil and Gas Association of West Virginia, Inc. in monthly issues of IOGA News. Contracts are for a one-year period, then month-to-month until new contracts are issued or until you cancel your ad. Any contract so extended on a month to month basis shall be at the then applicable rates for the ad size chosen. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the cancellation date.

Ads are available in the following sizes (please see diagram on following page):

Full page 3 columns (6 15/16") wide x 9 1/4" deep
Members: $600/month	Nonmembers: $1200/month
Half page (vertical) 2 columns (4 9/16") wide x 9 1/4" deep
Members: $300/month	Nonmember s: $600/month
Half page (horizontal) 3 columns (6 15/16") wide x 4 1/2" deep
Members: $300/month	Nonmembers: $600/month
Quarter page 2 columns (4 9/16") wide x 3" deep
Members: $150/month	Nonmembers: $300/month
Business card (vertical) 1 column (2 3/16") wide x 4" deep
Members: $75/month	Nonmembers: $150/month
Business card (horiz) 2 columns (4 9/16") wide x 2" deep
Members: $75/month	Nonmembers: $150/month

Ads should be camera ready. The publication is generated in PageMaker 6.5 for PC, so please submit ad copy on CM-ROM or diskette accompanied by hard copy. If ads are not submitted camera ready, additional production charges will apply at $100 per hour. All ad copy is due the first of the month prior to publication (i.e., February 1 for the March issue).

Ads can be run each month throughout the year or in any combination you choose. Ad copy may be changed during the duration of the contract, but must be submitted in the time frame listed above.
